Well-being Diary


Our ‘Well-being Diary’ for children and families is full of activities and ideas to help develop positive, mentally healthy lifestyles.

This well-being diary consists of 14 'family focused' activities to promote positive mental health and well-being. Our 'well-beeings' introduce everyone to the importance of 'beeing' mindful, active, social, connected and thoughtful.

The activities provide opportunities to learn new skills while encouraging positive relationships and connecting with others.

Both an English and Welsh Copy included within the download!
