We hope you are 100% happy with your purchase. However, if for some reason you are not you are welcome to return your items within 14 days from your purchase date for a full refund. Please note, items must be returned unused and undamaged in any way.
We gladly accept returns and exchanges.
Contact us within 14 days of delivery if there is a problem at email@example.com with the subject header: RETURNING/EXCHANGING AN ITEM.
Please let us know what the issue is before returning so we can assist you with further instructions.
Once return has been noted, please dispatch items back to us within 30 days of initial delivery.
All items are checked & packed well to ensure they reach you in perfect condition. If, however, there is a problem with your order, please give us the opportunity to make it right. Please get in contact, so we can discuss either sending a replacement or refund.
Because of the nature of our items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we don’t accept returns for:
- Custom or personalised orders
- Perishable products (like food or flowers)
- Digital downloads
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
- Items on sale
- Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
