Community Based Well-Being Sessions
Sessions run for children, young people and families in the community.
We work with local authorities and communities to run fun engaging and exciting well-being sessions to promote positive family relationships and experiences.
During the sessions we enjoy a range of well-being activities including arts and crafts, breathing techniques, team building, music and movement, nutrition, fitness and opportunities to enjoy each other’s company.
Bringing families and the community together encourages everyone to begin to understand the importance of looking after our mental health and well-being.
