Parents can sometimes feel ‘at a loss’ when they try to help their children cope with their child’s big emotions.

This 90 minute session for families, demonstrates techniques and uses ‘hands on’ strategies to help parents support their child’s well-being at home, at school and online. It is developed around the 5 steps to well-being, identifying a variety of ways to encourage positive mental health habits.
